Important Errors & Omissions Insurance Reminder

HBW Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. will begin helping AIG/American General enforce its requirement for Errors & Ommissions Insurance beginning October 1, 2007.

This means that new agents must secure coverage prior to appointment and that existing agents without coverage on file must be prepared to show coverage upon request.

HBW has been informed of AIG/American General’s intent to step up random audits of contracted agents. Don’t leave your business at risk. You can obtain an immediate quote, coverage effective October 1, 2007 and your certificate by purchasing online.

Please remember that new/unlicensed agents are not required to purchase errrors & ommissions insurance until they become licensed and are seeking AIG appointment.
