EasyTerm & Final Expense
American-Amicable
IMPORTANT! Applicants who are considered high risk or declinable should not be sent to American Amicable for consideration. For clients that have health issues or would not qualify for standard, refer to the Ask the Dr. under Impaired Risk Cases. Eligibility for coverage is based on a simplified application, liberal height and weight chart, a check with the Medical Information Bureau (MIB) and pharmaceutical related facility, Motor Vehicle Report, and a telephone interview (if applicable). American Amicable has three simplified issue (non-medical) products Easy Term, Family Solution and Golden Solution. The Easy Term, Family Solution and Golden Solution plans are NOT Guarantee Issue plans.
Easy Term
Applicants that have been rated or declined at another company should not apply for Easy Term. Easy Term is a simplified issue term to age 95 life insurance plan with 10, 20 and 30 year level premium periods. Also available as a Return of Premium Plan (ROP) (where approved) for the 20 and 30 year level premium periods. The Easy Term plan is issued standard for applicants who would normally be considered up to table 4 by most underwriting standards today. Refer to the Easy Term Agent Guide below for a list of automatic declines; build charts, underwriting requirements and rate cards.
