AIG/American General
Agents must register for the AIG/American General website. To view pending status from AIG Life Brokerage website you must be a registered user. Visit https://producer.aigag.com/ and click "Login/Registration"
- From the "Broker Registration" page, choose your Requested User ID and complete all required fields (the Agent Number is your AIG number)
- Click "Register" once all fields are completed
- Your temporary password will be emailed to you almost immediately
- Once you receive confirmation of your temporary password you have 72 hours to log on to the website. Upon initial login you are required to change your password in order to continue using the website.
- Click OK - Now you're in!
- Select the "New Business" tab at the top
- Get status on your pending cases by selecting "Pending". A list of your pending cases will appear. Click on policy number to view case
- To view individual cases select Filter/Report to search by policy number, social security number, etc.
- To message requirements from case status, select the envelope next to the outstanding requirement. This will display a message to be sent to New Business/Underwriting at AIG. Input necessary information and select "send". MAKE SURE YOU ARE ONLY ANSWERING THE QUESTION ASKED
- You also have access to AIG forms by selecting "Forms & Supplies"
- DO NOT USE THE "UNDERWRITING" AND "ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION" TABS. THEY DO NOT APPLY TO OUR AGENTS.
If you are experiencing problems logging on, cases not viewable, or password as been locked please contact the webmaster. This feature is located at the bottom of every page on the website. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please call AIG Marketing Support at (800) 659-5920, prompt 4 and then press 1.
