Status / Pending Applications
Banner Life Website:
Agents are automatically registered for the Banner Life Website once their appointment is accepted. You will need your code number to log in.
- Click the "Agent Login" tab on the top
- The "Agency Number" is your Banner Life agent code number or writing number. If you have NOT received your code number for Banner Life, please contact our Licensing and Contracting department. Make sure the subject is "Banner Life Code Number Request".
- The password will be your social security number. HBW strongly recommends changing your password/information once you have successfully logged in. This can be accomplished by using the "preferences tab"
- Select the "New Business" tab to view pending, issued, paid or declined cases.
Submitting Outstanding Requirements
Please submit all outstanding requirements for pending Banner cases to terri@hbwinc.com or fax to 888-733-8210 attention Terri Staszak. Please do not submit any outstanding requirements directly to Banner Life as this will slow down the issue process.
