Requesting Access to the ING Website

• Log on to www.ing-usa.com
• Select Login, professionals
• Select “request access” link
• Input writing agent social security number, select continue
• Complete ALL fields (agent will customize user ID and password), select submit
• Select “access request form” complete form select next at bottom of page
• You will receive an email confirmation at the email address you provided-ING will provide you with access information soon.

Viewing Your Pending Business

• To view pending business log on to www.ing-usa.com
• Select login, professionals, use your login/password (received at time of appointment.)
• Quick links, status of pending new business.
• Select view online - under pending cases.
• Select enter, then select the policy number to view individual case status.
