Commissions are calculated by Premium then Product percentage and HBW level grid below. In addition to the following commissions, Charter VPs, Charter NDAs, AVPs, EVPs, and NDAs receive generational overrides.

Commissions Limitations Period

The Commissions Limitations Period ("CLP") limits the initial commission payout for a fixed annuity sale to a maximum (cumulative) of $10,000.00 to the entire hierarchy for a 30 day period following the commission statement date. Any additional commissions still owed to the selling agent and hierarchy will be paid following the 30 day limitation period. This assures all of us that we are through the "Right of Examination Period" (Free Look Period) and the contract is in force prior to payment of an extremely large commission that could create a detrimental chargeback before the client's grace period is over.
