Base shop bonuses are paid weekly by HBW on eligible sales only. All bonus levels are reviewed quarterly. ING bonuses are paid as earned. In addition to the following commissions, Charter VPs, Charter NDAs, AVPs, EVPs, and NDAs receive generational overrides.

Commissions are paid by HBW and are advanced (annualized) at 75% with a max per case of $1,001 for all levels, this is for Monthly premium cases only. Quarterly and Annual premiums are not annualized. Exception: business written in the state of New York is paid as earned. Generational overrides are also paid as-earned.
Commissions and Generational Overrides are calculated by premium minus policy fees (aka Commissionable Premium), then product with HBW level grid below.
