HBW Franchise designation. $100,000 annual Base Shop production through all core HBW business lines required to attain and maintain position. Increase in base shop compensation based on base shop production guidelines with 8 generation override system.

Executive Vice President (EVP)
Agency Vice President (AVP)

No production required to maintain position. Increase in base shop compensation based on base shop production guidelines with 8 generation override system.


Provisional Agency Vice President (PAVP)

This position is available for SAM's not yet ready for AVP and previously licensed agents with proven experience in our industry. No production required to maintain position. $100,000 in total paid, issued production in your entire organization in 1 year or $75, 000 in gross personal commissions (cash flow), minimum 50 cases to be promoted to AVP.


Senior Agency Manager (SAM)

No production required to maintain position. $100,000 in total paid, issued production in your entire organization in 1 year or $75, 000 in gross personal commissions (cash flow), minimum 100 cases to be promoted to Agency Vice President.


Agency Manager (AM)

No production required to maintain position. $50,000 in total paid, issued production in your entire organization in 1 year, or $50, 000 in gross personal commissions (cash flow), minimum 50 cases, to be promoted to Senior Agency Manager.


Training Manager (TM)

No production required to maintain position. $20,000 in paid, issued production in your entire organization in 1 year, or $20,000 in gross personal commissions (cash flow), minimum 20 cases, to be promoted to Agency Manager.


Representative (Rep)

No production required to maintain position. $10,000 in paid, issued production in your entire organization in 1 year, or $10,000 in gross personal commissions (cash flow), minimum 10 cases, to be promoted to Training Manager.



Total production includes 100% of premiums from Life, Disability, and Long Term Care, 100% of commissions on Debt and Trust, 100% of Fixed and Indexed Annuities commissions paid, 100% of GDC for Securities, and 100% GDF for Advisory Services.

For promotion to all levels, every new recruit in any base shop in your hierarchy counts as $1,000 in premium after receiving an insurance license and producing at least 1 sale. Previously licensed reps count only if joining below AVP level in a base shop.
