Disability Insurance otherwise referred to as Paycheck Protection, is designed to pay a monthly benefit to the insured if they become too sick or injured to perform their day to day duties. Monthly benefits are based off the client’s income documentation, their occupation and paramedical exam. Please note: HBW offers Long Term Disability only. Licensing & Contracting

IMPORTANT! In order to become appointed to any of the Disability Carriers HBW represents you will need to submit your first piece of business along with the Carrier Appointment, State License and a copy of your E&O Insurance. To request disability appointment paperwork, fill out the Appointment Request Form.
